Private Partnership Announcement: Spellfire ®

Spellfire ® Re-Master the Magic, a legendary card-based NFT game with a loyal fan base dating back to the 90’s, has successfully partnered with MoonGems Capital in their private round.

MoonGems Capital will assist with providing Spellfire strategic marketing partnerships and QA support ahead of the TGE launch which is planned for this December.

With MoonGems Capital’s contribution, the private round will be nearing a close at the $2,240,000 mark.

Spellfire has has some unique features that differentiate it from some of its peers in the industry:

• First NFT card game to include voice controlled interactive cards (e.g. card use triggered by spell, prayer, phrase)
• NFTs acquired are digital and physical (with use of QR code), making it the first NFT based game that allows owners to touch their NFTs
• Ownership of original Spellfire cards as NFT’s which give exclusive ownership rights of the original Spellfire card to the card owner (backed by original trademark)
• Owning ‘Original NFT cards’ generate active and passive income — through battles and 90% of all NFT Generated Profit Goes to the card owners
• $MAGIC tokens can be used to upgrade NFT cards, which makes them more valuable and can then be traded on the market

Spellfire’s first 115 cards are now available as valuable collectible NFTs on OpenSea.
